What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We charge a flat delivery rate of R90 to any location in South Africa.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can choose PayGate for Credit/Debit Cards, Ozow for Instant EFT, or you can pay directly into our ABSA, FNB, Nedbank or Standard Bank bank account.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on your location, deliveries can take one to 5 business days for delivery. Should a product be on back order, it may take a day or two longer.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Yes, we do not share your information with any third party other than the couriers or our delivery partner.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we confirm your payment, your order will be printed and prepared for shipping. Should a product be out of stock/on back order, stock will automatically be ordered and assigned to your order. Once all of the items in your order are ready, our shipping team will process the delivery of your order and dispatch it to the appropriate courier or delivery team.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, we invoice all of our orders out. You’ll receive one with your order or by email. Should you have any queries, please email [email protected] and we will assist you.
