Shipping Options

Courier Delivery – We use Fastway, Internet Express, MTE Xpress, Ram, SkyNet and The Courier Guy.

Pickup Points – You can choose to collect from any nearby Bob Box locker or Pargo counter.

Collection – You can choose to collect from us, simply choose “Local Pickup” during checkout. We will let you know once your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Costs

Our website will compare pricing from several courier companies and will pass on the cheapest shipping rate to you.

Preparation

• In-stock items: Same or Next Day
• On Backorder: 3 – 5 working days
• Out of Stock: Currently no ETA or an unreliable date of ETA of stock.

Delivery Times

• Delivery can vary based on location. By rule of thumb, the below delivery times from the shipping date apply in most situations.
  • Durban: Next working day after shipping
  • KZN areas surrounding Durban: 1-2 working days
  • KZN remote: 1-3 working days
  • Gauteng: 1-3 working days
  • All other Provinces: 2-5 working days
