We offer delivery to door or collection at Bob Box and Pargo pickup points.
We use Fastway, Internet Express, Ram, SkyNet and The Courier Guy for courier deliveries.

Collection
We offer collection for orders. Choose the “Local pickup” option during checkout. Once your order has been placed we will prepare your order and let you know once it is ready for collection.
Please do not come through before receiving the “Order ready for collection” notification.
Preparation
- In-stock items: Same or Next Day
- On Backorder: 2 – 5 working days
- Out of Stock: Currently no ETA or an unreliable date of ETA of stock.
Delivery Times
- Delivery can vary based on location. By rule of thumb, the below delivery times from the shipping date apply in most situations.
- Durban & Surrounding areas: Same or Next working day after shipping
- KZN areas surrounding Durban: 1-2 working days
- KZN Other: 1-3 working days
- Gauteng: 1-3 working days
- Western Cape: 2-5 working days
- All other Provinces: 2-5 working days
