In general, the further that you are away from a main city centre, the longer delivery will take.

Items in stock are usually delivered in 1 – 5 business days.

Items on backorder are usually delivered in 3 – 8 business days.

We have a 30 day return policy on unopened items. Courier costs will be subtracted from any refunds.

We cover product faults under a 1 year warranty, while consumable products are credited based on the remaining life of the item.

We only deliver within South Africa.

In most cases, your order will ship in one package. On occasion we ship items separately if stock is not available from our main warehouse, however this is an exception to the rule.
