Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All consumable products that have been opened are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require your order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Faulty products – consumable products such as printer cartridges will be credited/refunded for the remaining life of the products.
- Any unopened item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Credits & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit/refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@cartridgehouse.co.za.
Delivery fees
Any delivery or courier fees will be deducted from your credit/refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different product, send us an email at info@cartridgehouse.co.za, all returns are to: 18 Stride Road, Pinelands, Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal 3610.
Shipping returns
All returns are to: 18 Stride Road, Pinelands, Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal 3610.
If we are booking the courier for your return, please have it ready for the courier to collect. We will send through a copy of the waybill for you to hand over to the courier partner.
Unless you are exchanging a fulty product, the return shipping fee will be at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
